Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup from you. This is where our Managed Services option can help you out. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving duties – this means that you will be able to basically employ one of our trained server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of app whatsoever that you need. Or have him resolve an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an extra feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
