We will rapidly reply to all typical questions and forward the issue to our sysadmins in case any additional assistance is needed. If you take advantage of our Managed Services package, we will complete any of the included server administration tasks at a time that has been agreed upon beforehand.

Should you need help working with the Hosting Control Panel or with any of the applications that we’ve preinstalled on the dedicated server on your behalf, do not hesitate to reach the help desk support staff at any time via the ticketing system. Also, if you require help managing your server, you can order our Managed Services package, that includes Operating System updates on a weekly basis, problem troubleshooting and installation procedures, server monitoring and restarting procedures, backup hard disk drive space, etcetera.
A User–Friendly Help Area
Our Hosting Control Panel was installed by default for every dedicated server. Among its features is a very handy integrated knowledge base that will guide you step by step on how to use it. Most instructional articles have video versions that demonstrate all the operations that you can perform in a highly illustrative manner. You will find the help articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each Hosting Control Panel section.
